El Tigre Wins in Annies

Myself and Monica were over at the Annies at the weekend cos El Tigre was up for four awards. Jorge picked up best Character Designer and El Tigre won the best Animated Programme for Children which was brilliant!! Monica was up for Best Character Animation in a TV series but unfortunately a chap from Robot Chicken got it...but congrats to Mon for getting the nom. She had to beat off a lot of competition to get shortlisted..fair play missus!

Anyway it's a nice note to finish El Tigre on..sob..sob

Fresh Cut Grass

I had an idea ages ago for a short about this dog that goes looking for his older sister in London, only to find out she's working as a stripper. Kinda like PARIS,TEXAS except with pole dancing pigs.Would still love to make some day.

Ok,so as one of my new year resolutions I'm gonna start actually posting stuff up, which means I should probably start drawing a lot more of my own stuff, which is good...I think.
Anywho, here's a bunch of stuff from Carter and Son. It's a concept for an action/ adventure show I came up with. It's about an Illusionist and his son Charlie who has these cool telekinetic and telepathic skills.
This is a poster myself and Stephen O'Connor, a great artist working in Boulder on El Tigre's backgrounds, did up a while back.
